Today, Feb. 20, 2013, the Bulgaria's government has announced it is resigning.
This means it is not clear if and how long Mrs. Velina Todorova will act as a Deputy Minister of Justice and chairperson of the Intercountry Adoption Council. As of now it is also not clear if the meetings of the Intercountry Adoption Council will be held in the next several months before the elections in July, when a new government is about to be formed.
We hope that an interim government will be formed and the Intercountry Adoption Council will continue their work.
